Local Content Product Consultant

OverviewWe're leading Source-to-Pay and B2B marketplace platform, empowering organizations to digitize procurement, enhance sourcing capabilities, and drive local economic impact. Through our Local Content suite, we help customers comply with LCGPA requirements, automate scoring, and leverage procurement as a strategic lever for national growth.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Local Content Product Consultant who will play a key role in shaping, implementing, and continuously improving Company's Local Content solutions. This role bridges national local content policy, procurement processes, and product capabilities.The ideal candidate is not a traditional product manager. Instead, they are a local content expert with strong understanding of LCGPA policies, including both the Local Content Baseline and the Preferential Procurement evaluation model, who can translate regulatory requirements into product logic, workflows, and customer onboarding frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Policy Translation: Interpret LCGPA Local Content frameworks — including Baseline methodology, Preferential evaluation policies, weightages, and scoring criteria — and convert them into product rules and data models.Collaborate with product & engineering teams to design, validate, and enhance LC scoring modules, supplier evaluation workflows, and compliance dashboards.Ensure product logic remains aligned with updated LCGPA circulars, reforms, and sector-specific requirements.Customer Onboarding & ImplementationLead LC onboarding for new customers, ensuring all required data, documents, spend mapping, and supplier records are properly captured.Conduct workshops for procurement, finance, and compliance stakeholders on LC scoring, spend classification, and preferential policy benefits.Support customers in interpreting LC results and integrating the product into their procurement journey.Local Content AdvisoryAct as Company\'s internal expert on Local Content regulations, serving as the reference point for policy clarification.Proactively analyze updates from LCGPA and assess their product impact.Provide policy-driven recommendations to improve the customer experience, scoring models, and reporting outputs.Cross-Functional EnablementWork closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to support LC-focused proposals and customer value cases.Contribute to GTM materials explaining how LC scoring and preferential policies are operationalised through us.Engage with procurement, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure LC data integrity.Qualifications & ExperienceMust Have5+ years in Local Content, procurement policies, compliance, or LCGPA-related consulting or audit.Strong understanding of:LCGPA Local Content Baseline methodologyPreferential Procurement Policy and pricing evaluation modelSupplier classification and spend mapping conceptsExperience working with procurement, finance, or supply chain functions.Exposure to digital procurement platforms or ERP systemsExperience translating policies into business processes or system rulesData analysis or reporting familiarityKey CompetenciesStrong analytical and policy interpretation skillsAbility to communicate complex policy concepts in simple, actionable termsCross-functional collaboration mindsetCustomer engagement and training delivery capabilitiesDetail-oriented with an implementation-driven approachWhy Join UsBe at the forefront of reshaping procurement and local content in Saudi ArabiaShape a product that influences national economic outcomes under Vision 2030Work with a fast-growing Saudi technology company empowered by AI and innovationOpportunity to become a recognized expert in digital local content transformation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
