In Saudi Arabia, we support Vision 2030 by advancing local capabilities, engaging local suppliers, and investing in Saudi talent.The RoleThe Local Content Coordinator will support Hatch’s local content strategy across Saudi projects. This role is responsible for coordinating compliance with LCGPA, and Saudization requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to national development goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLocal Content Compliance & Reporting:Coordinate all reporting requirements for LCGPA, Saudization, and client local content frameworksPrepare reports, dashboards, audits, and supporting documentationTrack local spending, national workforce metrics, supplier classifications, and service utilizationMaintain accurate internal records and documentation for all compliance activitiesMonitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to relevant teamsSupplier Engagement & Local Procurement:Support the identification and maximizing of Saudi/local suppliersAssist procurement teams with supplier onboarding and qualificationEnsure supplier compliance documentation is accurate and up to datePromote sourcing strategies that increase local participationCoordinate supplier capability assessments and local supplier engagement activitiesTrack and report Saudization metrics in alignment with national labor regulationsCollaborate with HR to support local hiring initiativesMaintain accurate records of national workforce dataContribute to internal programs that support the growth and development of Saudi talentProject Delivery Support:Provide local content inputs for bids, tenders, and project execution plansSupport project managers with compliance strategies and improvement plansParticipate in project reviews and provide updates on local content progressAssist teams with documentation required for client submissionsIdentify opportunities to enhance local content performance in projectsRecommend improvements to internal processes, tools, and reporting methodsSupport initiatives that foster local capability development, innovation, and supplier growthPromote alignment with Hatch’s values, culture, and commitment to the KingdomWhat You Bring to the TeamSaudi Nationality (mandatory)Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or related field2–5+ years of experience in local content, procurement, compliance, or similar areasKnowledge of LCGPA, IKTVA, and Nitaqat/Saudization frameworksStrong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel; Power BI is an advantageExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience in engineering, construction, energy, or large-scale industrial projects is preferredCollaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutionsDon't meet every single requirement?
