Aldibel L.L.C is dedicated to , ensuring top-notch services and products that cater to the unique needs of our clientele.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and alert Lifeguard & Swimming Instructor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of swimmers and providing swimming instruction to individuals of all ages and skill levels.Monitor swimming areas to prevent accidents and respond quickly to emergency situationsPerform water rescues and administer first aid and CPR when necessaryEnforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environmentConduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups of various ages and abilitiesDemonstrate proper swimming techniques and water safety practicesAssist in maintaining pool cleanliness and performing basic pool maintenance tasksParticipate in regular training sessions to stay current on lifesaving techniques and safety protocolsComplete accurate reports of incidents, accidents, and rescuesCommunicate effectively with patrons, staff, and managementAssist in organizing and supervising aquatic events and activitiesQualificationsStrong swimming abilities and physical fitness to perform water rescuesCPR and First Aid certificationWater Safety Instructor (WSI) certification preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience as a lifeguard and/or swimming instructor preferredExcellent observation skills and ability to remain alert at all timesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of water safety protocols and proceduresAbility to use and maintain lifesaving equipmentBasic understanding of pool maintenance and water chemistryWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysAbility to work in outdoor conditions and withstand prolonged sun exposureCommitment to ongoing training and professional development in aquatic safety and instruction#J-18808-Ljbffr
