Sales ManagerAre you a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating unforgettable staysIf you thrive in a fastpaced environment and love to connect with people we have the perfect opportunity for you!Implementall sales activities and maximizes business opportunitiesTo drive manage and maintain robust positive relations with all travel trade key accounts and business partnersGenerateand maintains customers of travel trade segment through various sales activities (face to face sales calls telephone calls entertainment)Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales telephone fax and written communicationsEnsurecomprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio covering all departments and accounts management for a comprehensive client servicing achieving targets and maximum productivityQuote and negotiate prices within established parameters with potential and existing clients. Prepare contracts for clientsPlansales trips or attends trade shows and exhibitions under the direct approval and guidance of the DOSM and where applicable in coordination with International Sales OfficesArrangesite inspections of hotel and hosts Fam tripsAttendmajor travel functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms catering and other facilities and services) for the hotelMaintain a full working knowledge of the IT support tools used in the world of sales today including salesspecific software property PMS the Microsoft Office toolsetQualificationsAs our Sales Manager you will spearhead the development and of our sales strategy fostering strong lasting relationships with our clients and driving business growth.
