Beacon Legal has partnered with a luxury real estate developer in the UAE who are looking to hire a Legal Counsel into their team.ResponsibilitiesAdvise on large scale and complex acquisitions, disposals & joint venturesDraft and negotiate a wide range of corporate, commercial & real estate agreementsDraft and review shareholder resolutions, corporate documents, and transaction agreementsAdvise on off-plan SPAs, leasing, JVAs & asset management mattersQualifications4 - 6 PQE ideally gained in an international law firm and/or leading in-house organisationStrong drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex deal structures.#J-18808-Ljbffr
