Legal Associate (UAE Nationals)

General OverviewWe are supporting our client a leading organization in the insurance sector in hiring a motivated and detail-oriented UAE National Legal Associate to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for a law graduate with strong knowledge of contracts and a genuine interest in developing a career within the legal and compliance function.Key ResponsibilitiesReview draft and revise contracts and legal agreements in alignment with company policies.Support internal teams by providing legal insights on contractual and regulatory matters.Conduct legal research related to insurance commercial law and applicable regulatory requirements.Assist in ensuring organizational compliance with relevant laws, regulations and guidelines.Coordinate with external legal counsel when needed.Maintain organized legal documentation and ensure timely follow‑up on pending matters.Provide day‑to‑day support to the legal department across administrative and documentation tasks.Key RequirementsUAE National with Family Book (Mandatory).Bachelor's degree in law.Solid understanding of contracts and commercial legal frameworks.Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written & verbal).High attention to detail, strong analytical capability and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.Prior experience in insurance or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.Fresh graduates with strong legal foundations are encouraged to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
