We have an urgent requirement for Leasing Manager---(Mall/Retail)for our client based in Dammam.Lead Leasing department by setting Goals, delegating tasks, providing support, monitoring performance & resolving tenant conflicts.---Must Candidate should have experience in Lease , Retail & Commercial ---MustJob ProfileLead Leasing department by setting Goals, delegating tasks, providing support, monitoring performance & resolving tenant conflicts.Develop and implement follow up strategies to help move potential tenants towards consummating a dealNegotiate lease and sales terms which conform to the established criteriaProvide transaction related services (market analysis, space tours, financial analysis, drafting proposals, calculating commissions, etc.) in the leasing and sale of buildingsOversee the preparation of tenant applications, processing of lease documentation and gathering of various lease-tenant dataManage relationships with outside brokersAssist in developing marketing materials (including, but not limited to, flyers, floor plans, brochures, stacking plans and maps) for space availabilities and properties for saleReport to and update senior level personnel on calling program status, clients met, potential deals being generated, issues/concerns and next stepsMaintain regular contact with tenants and monitor lease expirationsRequirements5+ years in Retail/Malls leasingBachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance or related field requiredKnowledge of regional real estate market is a big plusStrong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and EnglishSkills: retail,real estate,leasing#J-18808-Ljbffr
