Seniority Level: Senior Professional / Executive DirectorJob Function: Leasing | Commercial Management | Business DevelopmentJob Description:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Leasing Manager to oversee the leasing operations in commercial properties. The jobholder will be responsible for managing designated units, advertising them, negotiating lease terms, and finalizing memoranda of understanding and lease agreements. This role ensures maximum occupancy, strengthens client relationships, and drives revenue growth. The position requires strategic thinking, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of leasing practices.Key Responsibilities:Propose new activities not currently available in the malls or properties to attract tenants.Communicate with potential clients, offer solutions that meet their expectations, negotiate with them, and follow up on their requirements.Meet with potential clients to explain and clarify MOU and contract terms.Prepare MOUs and lease agreements, ensure approval and signatures by relevant departments, and finalize them with clients.Collect lease payments from clients and ensure proper remittance to the treasury.Participate in determining a mix of activities and brands within the malls and distribute them creatively to maximize unit occupancy.Submit periodic reports to the Leasing Director on work progress and provide recommendations.Comply with company policies and procedures and ensure proper implementation.Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from potential and current clients, providing accurate information.Achieve leasing targets: 30 leases per year, 12,000 square meters of leasable area annually.Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all work-related matters and information.Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate, commercial property management, or leasing.Strong marketing, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.Ability to draft, interpret, and evaluate lease agreements.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
