Learning Strategist, Enterprise Learning Operations | Onsite UAE | UAE-BasedThe OpportunityWe are seeking a Learning Strategist to support learning design and solution development within a large-scale, enterprise learning operations environment. This role focuses on deep discovery, strong instructional design, and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency across learning solutions.The Learning Strategist plays a key role in shaping how learning is designed, ensuring solutions are grounded in real business needs, learner-centered, and aligned to an enterprise learning approach. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and translating complex subject matter into effective learning experiences.This role combines stakeholder engagement, discovery, and design work, with a mix of onsite and hybrid presence in the UAE.What You Will OwnDiscovery and Learning RequirementsLead discovery efforts to understand learning needs, performance gaps, and business contextConduct needs analysis through stakeholder conversations, observation, and data reviewTranslate business and performance needs into clear learning objectives and design requirementsCreate design briefs and documentation that provide clear direction to design and development teamsInstructional Design Across ModalitiesDesign high‑quality learning solutions across a range of modalities, including instructor‑led, virtual, digital, and on‑the‑job learningApply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles consistentlyDesign learner‑centered experiences that support engagement, retention, and applicationDefine assessment approaches that validate learning outcomes and skill developmentStructure learning pathways that support progressive capability buildingLearning Brand and Design ConsistencyEnsure learning solutions reflect and reinforce a consistent enterprise learning identityMaintain consistency in tone, structure, and design approach across solutionsChallenge design or content decisions that dilute quality or consistencyPartner with stakeholders to align on design expectations and standardsWorking with Subject Matter ExpertsCollaborate closely with subject matter experts to extract relevant knowledgeChallenge overly technical or content‑heavy inputs to keep learning focused and usableFacilitate working sessions that translate expertise into clear, learner‑friendly contentBalance SME input with sound instructional design judgmentDesign Quality and StandardsReview learning designs to ensure quality and consistencyProvide constructive feedback that strengthens design outputsContribute to design standards, templates, and best practicesSupport and mentor other learning designers as neededLocation & Working ModelThis role is based in the UAE, with a hybrid working model including onsite presence in Dubai and Abu Dhabi as needed for stakeholder engagement and discovery activities, alongside time for focused design work.Additional InformationThis role supports a dedicated client program and will be employed locally in the UAE in alignment with regional employment requirements.What We’re Looking ForExperience7–10 years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or learning strategyStrong track record designing learning solutions across multiple modalitiesDeep understanding of instructional design models and adult learning principlesExperience conducting discovery and translating business needs into learning solutionsConfidence working with and constructively challenging subject matter expertsExperience maintaining consistency and quality across learning solutions in an enterprise environmentEducationBachelor’s degree requiredMaster’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Design, or a related field preferredIf you enjoy deep discovery, strong instructional design, and shaping learning solutions that work in practice, we encourage you to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
