We are looking for talented individuals eager to develop in international markets while contributing to the company’s future in a constructive and supportive mannerWe are looking for Lead Software Engineer (Python) who will:Design and develop advanced backend services using Python and FastAPI.Lead the deployment of scalable and secure applications with Kubernetes.Architect and manage complex databases using PostgreSQL.Guide and mentor junior developers in best practices and coding standards.Oversee the integration of user-facing elements with server-side logicCollaborate with stakeholders to refine backend features and drive product vision.Ensure the creation of robust and effective DevOps processes.RequirementsBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.7+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong proficiency in Python.Expertise in FastAPI, with substantial experience in developing and scaling applications.Advanced skills in database design and management with PostgreSQL.Experience with PostgreSQL’s geographic data capabilities, such as PostGIS.
