Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Lead Fitter to supervise fitting and mechanical maintenance activities in a waste segregation plant. The candidate will lead the maintenance team and ensure smooth operation of plant machinery.5-10 years experience required.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise fitting, installation, and maintenance of plant equipment.Handle preventive & breakdown maintenance of conveyors, crushers, screens, and other machinery.Guide and manage fitter technicians on daily maintenance work.Ensure proper alignment, assembly, and repair of mechanical equipment.Maintain safety standards and follow plant maintenance procedures.Coordinate with supervisors and engineers for smooth plant operation.Skills RequiredGood knowledge of mechanical fitting & maintenance.Experience in waste management/recycling plant/industrial plant.Ability to lead a maintenance team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
