The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate measurement, analysis and mapping of land areas to determine the best ways to use it.ResponsibilitiesConducting research and analysis of land records such as deeds, plats, and other legal documentsUtilizing GPS or other advanced technology to measure land area boundaries and topographyWorking with engineering professionals to analyze survey data for construction projectsPlotting survey results on maps and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) softwareInspecting construction sites to ensure that they are in compliance with plansPreparing reports, legal descriptions, sketches, diagrams, and maps detailing surveysQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying or a related fieldExperience with topographical surveying methodsExcellent problem solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesA valid driver’s licenseProficiency in CAD softwareWe are willing to consider an immigrant for this roleSalary: 1800 per month#J-18808-Ljbffr
