The successful candidates will be responsible for analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) across various departments to drive data-informed decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights.Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools using advanced Excel techniques.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and improve business processes.Utilize CRM systems to extract relevant data for analysis and reporting.Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.Support management in strategic decision-making by providing actionable insights from data analysis.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of KPIs and recommend adjustments as needed.Stay updated with industry best practices and tools related to data analysis and KPI tracking.RequirementsProven experience as a Data Analyst or KPI Analyst preferably in a corporate environment.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables VLOOKUP formulas etc.).Experience with CRM systems and data extraction.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.Proficiency in data visualization tools is a plus (e.g. Tableau Power BI).Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Business Analytics or a related field is preferred.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A collaborative and innovative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
