We are searching for our client, a global Hotels company, a Kids Club Attendant to join their business in Saudi Arabia.Position Title: Kids Club AttendantPosition Type: PermanentStart Date: ASAPLocation: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - onsite workContact: Davor Molnar | +49(0)8923889863DescriptionThe Kids Club Attendant is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and memorable Kids Club experience for children and their families. The role ensures children are always supervised, activities are age-appropriate and well-executed, and the environment is consistently clean, secure, and welcoming. The Attendant delivers warm, attentive service aligned with the hotel’s standards, while maintaining strict compliance with child safeguarding, health, and safety requirements.ResponsibilitiesWelcome children and parents in a friendly, professional, and reassuring manner, supporting a smooth registration and orientation process.Supervise children continuously, ensuring safety, wellbeing, and comfort while always maintaining appropriate staff‑to‑child attention.Plan, organize, and deliver age‑appropriate activities, including games, arts and crafts, storytelling, movement‑based play, and educational programs.Create a positive, inclusive atmosphere, encouraging respectful behavior and helping children integrate comfortably regardless of background or language.Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free Kids Club environment, including routine checks of toys, equipment, surfaces, and activity zones.Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and child safeguarding policies and procedures, including emergency protocols and incident documentation.Handle children with care, patience, and discretion, responding appropriately to individual needs, emotions, and behaviors while escalating concerns when required.Communicate clearly and confidently with parents regarding schedules, activities, guidelines, and any updates relevant to the child’s experience.Report incidents, injuries, concerns, lost items, or maintenance issues immediately to the Supervisor or Manager, ensuring timely resolution and proper reporting.Support special events, themed programs, and seasonal activities, contributing ideas and assisting with preparation and execution.Uphold the hotel’s grooming, behavior, confidentiality, and service standards, always representing the brand with professionalism.Embrace and practice the company’s legacy values and competencies in all team, stakeholder interactions, acting as a role model for the desired culture and behaviors.#J-18808-Ljbffr
