The Key Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients, driving sales through tailored account strategies and close collaboration with internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount ManagementBuild and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key customers.Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all accounts.Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and contract compliance.Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and solutions.Strategic Planning & ReportingDevelop and execute strategic account plans aligned with company objectives.Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights.Track market trends, customers’ future plans, and competitors’ activities.Cross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate with Application, Design, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to meet customer requirements.Support the full order-to-cash cycle, including follow-up on deliveries, payments, and service issues.Customer Relationship DevelopmentRepresent the company in customer meetings, presentations, and site visits.Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints or concerns.Promote MEEM’s products, solutions, and capabilities as a trusted value-added partner.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 2–6 years of experience in Electrical Motors (Induction & Synchronous), Transformers, or similar Electrical Products in brownfield environments, with exposure to industries such as Power, Water, Cement, etc..Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing strategic accounts.Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.Ability to analyze market trends and develop account growth strategies.Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).Proficient in MS Office; CRM system experience is preferred.Willingness to travel within the Kingdom as#J-18808-Ljbffr
