Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Key Account Manager to join an expanding Beverage FMCG team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing and growing relationships with our key clients, driving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a competitive market.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key accounts in the Beverage FMCG sector.Identify growth opportunities and create strategic plans to increase account revenue and market share.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements and promotions.Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommend actions to senior management.Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.Monitor and report on account performance using KPIs and sales metrics to achieve targets.Resolve clients’ concerns professionally and provide high‑level support to strengthen business partnerships.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role within the Beverage FMCG industry.Strong understanding of FMCG dynamics and the UAE market landscape.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.Self‑motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.Fluency in English.Willingness to travel within the UAE as required to meet client needs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
