Job TitleB2B Key Account Sales ManagerJob PurposeTo lead and grow high-value strategic B2B accounts by building long-term partnerships, driving revenue and profitability, and managing complex sales cycles, while contributing to the overall sales strategy and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a portfolio of high-value strategic and key B2B accounts.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders within client organizations.Develop and execute account growth plans to maximize revenue and account value.Lead complex, long-cycle sales opportunities from prospecting to deal closure.Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing to achieve mutual value.Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.Drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.Collaborate closely with internal teams including Presales, Marketing, Operations, and Support to ensure successful delivery.Manage customer expectations and handle escalations professionally.Monitor account performance, manage sales pipelines, and provide accurate sales forecasts.Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.Support and mentor junior account managers when required.Core CompetenciesStrategic sales and account management expertise.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong stakeholder management capabilities.Results-driven commercial mindset.Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Revenue growth from key accounts.Customer retention and account expansion rates.Achievement of sales targets and quotas.Size and value of closed deals.SkillsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.7–10 years of proven experience in B2B sales or key account management.Demonstrated success managing enterprise or high-value client accounts.Strong experience in complex and long sales cycles.Advanced negotiation and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is highly preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
