Job Description

Position OverviewThe Key Account excitative responsible for identifying developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with high-value clients ensuring profitable growth and strong brand representation.The role focuses on long-term partnerships contract management and profitability optimization in alignment with the companys Key Account Approval Policy.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client AcquisitionIdentify and target potential clients meeting Key Account Criteria.Develop tailored proposals contracts and quotations for major accounts.Manage the onboarding process for new Key Accounts ensuring compliance with approval workflow.Account Management & GrowthMaintain long-term partnerships with existing Key Accounts to ensure consistent refill and reorder cycles.Conduct regular business reviews and performance meetings with clients.Manage renewals service contracts and upselling opportunities.Ensure product quality service level and response time meet agreed standards.Coordination & OperationsCollaborate with the Refilling Department to schedule refills delivery plans and customer service.Work with the Finance Department on pricing approvals credit limits and collection follow-ups.Coordinate with the Marketing Team for promotions co-branding and visibility plans.Reporting & PerformanceMaintain accurate client data and deal history within the ERP system.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on sales margin and client activity.Monitor client satisfaction and address any service issues proactively.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Achievement of sales and collection targets.New Key Account acquisition count per quarter.Retention and refill order rate.Gross profit margin per account.Client satisfaction and complaint resolution time.RequirementsQualifications & SkillsBachelors degree in business Sales or Marketing.Minimum 46 years of B2B / Key Account experience in fragrance FMCG or service industry.Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Proficiency in ERP Excel and CRM tools.Valid UAE driving license.BenefitsSalary: AED 8000 Commission Car Car Package Company Visa Medical Insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
