This role is ideal for someone who:Has SaaS sales experience (ideally Salesforce‑related)Understands how Salesforce Account Executives operateWants to move from direct selling into ecosystem & partnership growthYou will support the development of relationships inside Salesforce and help drive co‑sell opportunities globally.Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship DevelopmentBuild relationships with Salesforce: Account Executives, Sales Associates, Industry Specialists, Regional Partner ManagersMaintain regular communication and visibilityPipeline SupportSupport joint opportunity trackingPipeline SupportIdentify co‑sell opportunitiesAssist with account mappingCoordinate introductions between Salesforce sellers and KompetenzaTrack partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced dealsSolution EvangelismSupport promotion of: EOR Cloud & EOR Recruit Corporate Services Cloud Business‑Ready SalesforceDeliver short enablement sessionsShare case studies & use casesPosition Kompetenza as an innovation‑focused partnerInternal CoordinationWork closely with delivery & sales teamsEnsure partner opportunities are followed up quicklyMaintain CRM tracking of partner activityIdeal Candidate ProfileRequired:2–5 years experience in SaaS sales or account managementStrong understanding of Salesforce sales cycleExperience selling Salesforce solutions or working within Salesforce ecosystemCommercial mindset and relationship‑driven personalityHighly Preferred:Experience working at Salesforce (Sales / BDR / AE / AM)Experience at a Salesforce partner consultancyExperience with Experience Cloud or vertical Salesforce solutionsWho This Role SuitsThis role is perfect for someone who:Has been in SaaS sales and wants to move into partnershipsEnjoys building relationships more than cold sellingUnderstands enterprise deal structuresIs ambitious and wants to grow into a Global Partner Director roleGrowth PathJunior Partner Manager → Partner Manager → Channel Director – 3 years fast trackCompensationWe offer a competitive basic salary with a strong commission structure linked to partner‑driven revenue growth and become integral to business success.
