<div><h3>Junior Partner Manager - Salesforce Ecosystem</h3><p>Location: International (UAE / UK / Europe preferred)</p><p>Company: Kompetenza</p><p>Reporting to: CEO / Global Partner Lead</p><h3>About Kompetenza</h3><p>Kompetenza builds verticalised Salesforce-powered innovation platforms:</p><ul><li>EOR Cloud&EOR Recruit</li><li>Corporate Services Cloud</li><li>Business-Ready Salesforce</li></ul><p>Our mission is to position Kompetenza as a leading Salesforce innovation partner globally.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>We are looking for a<b>Junior Partner Manager</b>who is transitioning from Sales into Partner&Channel Management.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who:</p><ul><li>Has SaaS sales experience (ideally Salesforce-related)</li><li>Understands how Salesforce Account Executives operate</li><li>Wants to move from direct selling into ecosystem&partnership growth</li></ul><p>You will support the development of relationships inside Salesforce and help drive co-sell opportunities globally.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><b>Relationship Development</b><ul><li>Build relationships with Salesforce:<ul><li>Account Executives</li><li>Sales Associates</li><li>Industry Specialists</li><li>Regional Partner Managers</li></ul></li><li>Maintain regular communication and visibility</li><li>Support joint opportunity tracking</li></ul><b>Pipeline Support</b><ul><li>Identify co-sell opportunities</li><li>Assist with account mapping</li><li>Coordinate introductions between Salesforce sellers and Kompetenza</li><li>Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals</li></ul><b>Solution Evangelism</b><ul><li>Support promotion of:<ul><li>EOR Cloud&EOR Recruit</li><li>Corporate Services Cloud</li><li>Business-Ready Salesforce</li></ul></li><li>Deliver short enablement sessions</li><li>Share case studies&use cases</li><li>Position Kompetenza as an innovation-focused partner</li></ul><b>Internal Coordination</b><ul><li>Work closely with delivery&sales teams</li><li>Ensure partner opportunities are followed up quickly</li><li>Maintain CRM tracking of partner activity</li></ul><h3>Ideal Candidate Profile</h3><b>Required:</b><ul><li>2-5 years experience in SaaS sales or account management</li><li>Strong understanding of Salesforce sales cycle</li><li>Experience selling Salesforce solutions or working within Salesforce ecosystem</li><li>Commercial mindset and relationship-driven personality</li></ul><b>Highly Preferred:</b><ul><li>Experience working at Salesforce (Sales / BDR / AE / AM)</li><li>Experience at a Salesforce partner consultancy</li><li>Experience with Experience Cloud or vertical Salesforce solutions</li></ul><h3>Who This Role Suits</h3><p>This role is perfect for someone who:</p><ul><li>Has been in SaaS sales and wants to move into partnerships</li><li>Enjoys building relationships more than cold selling</li><li>Understands enterprise deal structures</li><li>Is ambitious and wants to grow into a Global Partner Director role</li></ul><h3>Growth Path</h3><p>Junior Partner Manager → Partner Manager → Channel Director - 3 years fast track</p><p>This is a genuine opportunity to grow into a senior leadership role as Kompetenza scales internationally.</p><h3>Compensation</h3><p>We offer a competitive basic salary with a strong commission structure linked to partner-driven revenue growth and a great career roadmap, the ability to work anywhere in the world remotely with the option to transfer to Dubai post-probation.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
