Junior Lawyer / Paralegal - Klickl Limited

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer / Paralegal to support the Legal function as the business expands in the UAE and internationally. The role will provide day-to-day legal and regulatory support across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and regulators. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior legal professional to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing, international business environment.Key Responsibilities Legal & Regulatory SupportAssist with legal research on UAE and international laws, regulations, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the businessSupport compliance with corporate, commercial, financial services, and data protection regulationsHelp maintain regulatory filings, licenses, and corporate records across jurisdictionsMonitor regulatory developments and flag potential impacts to the businessCorporate & Commercial MattersAssist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing commercial contracts (e.g. NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements)Support contract lifecycle management, including tracking renewals, expiries, and obligationsPrepare summaries of legal agreements and key risks for internal stakeholdersCorporate GovernanceSupport company secretarial matters, including board resolutions, powers of attorney, and corporate filingsMaintain statutory registers and corporate documentation for UAE and international entitiesAssist with incorporation, restructuring, and ongoing corporate compliance mattersLitigation & External Counsel CoordinationLiaise with external legal advisors and consultants in the UAE and abroadAssist with document preparation and information requests related to disputes, investigations, or auditsHelp manage legal invoices, engagement letters, and matter trackersInternal Stakeholder SupportAct as a point of contact for basic legal queries from business teamsSupport the Legal team in implementing internal policies, procedures, and controlsAssist with internal training materials and compliance awareness initiativesGeneral Legal AdministrationMaintain legal databases, document management systems, and filing structuresSupport the Legal team with ad‑hoc projects related to business expansion and new marketsAssist with due diligence exercises for partnerships, investments, or strategic initiativesQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent0–3 years’ experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department (internships and traineeships considered)Familiarity with UAE legal and regulatory frameworks is a strong advantageExposure to international or cross‑border legal matters is desirableParalegal certification or legal training is an advantage (for Paralegal candidates)Skills & CompetenciesStrong legal research and drafting skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentClear written and verbal communication skills in English (Chinese is an advantage)Proactive, reliable, and eager to learnComfortable working with confidential and sensitive informationWhat We Can OffersExposure to UAE and international legal and regulatory mattersHands‑on experience in a growing, international businessOpportunity to work closely with senior legal and business leadersProfessional development and learning opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
