RAK Ceramics is publicly listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) and the Dhaka Stock Exchange.The RoleWe are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Interior Designer to join our Interior Design Department at RAK Ceramics HQ in Ras Al Khaimah. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to support the design and development of showroom concepts, interior mock-ups, and spatial layouts that highlight RAK Ceramics' diverse range of products. You will work closely with senior team members to execute high-quality, brand-aligned design solutions that enhance the customer experience.What You Will Be DoingAssist in developing creative interior design concepts for showrooms and mock-ups.Prepare moodboards, 2D layouts, and 3D visualizations using design software.Collaborate with Senior Designers in product selection, curation, and space planning.Support the design team in creating customer-centric showroom experiences.Participate in site visits, installations, and on-ground design supervision.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure design integration with product strategy.Maintain and organize the design materials library, including tiles and slabs.Create design presentations and documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.What We Are Looking ForFunctionalProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign.Knowledge of interior design principles, trends, and showroom merchandising.Experience with layout planning, basic detailing, and 3D rendering.Familiarity with material application and surface finishes.Basic understanding of project documentation and design workflows.BehavioralCreativity and strong spatial awareness.Attention to detail and a keen design sensibility.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative environment.Our Ideal MatchA Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.0–2 years of relevant experience (internships and academic projects acceptable).A strong design portfolio showcasing creative thinking and technical ability.Passion for design, architecture, and creating engaging spatial experiences.Mobility RequirementsNational Travel: Occasionally (to visit showrooms or project sites)International Travel: Not requiredRAK Ceramics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, gender, nationality, disability, age, or marital status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
