Job Description

OverviewSearchPlus HR is currently seeking a Junior Consultant Orthodontist to join a prominent Government Healthcare Facility. This position offers a unique opportunity for orthodontic professionals early in their career to contribute to public health by providing specialized orthodontic services in a supportive and resourceful environment. As a Junior Consultant Orthodontist, you will assist in diagnosing and treating patients with dental and facial irregularities, working closely with senior orthodontists and a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Your role will be integral in improving patient outcomes through effective orthodontic care and patient education.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized orthodontic treatment plans.Assist in the placement, adjustment, and removal of orthodontic appliances such as braces and aligners.Monitor patient progress and make necessary modifications to treatment plans.Provide guidance and education to patients and their families regarding orthodontic care and oral hygiene.Collaborate with dental and medical professionals within the government healthcare system to ensure integrated patient care.Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with governmental healthcare policies.Participate in continuing education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on advancements in orthodontics.Qualifications & RequirementsDegree in Dental Surgery with specialization or training in Orthodontics.Valid licensure to practice as an orthodontist within the government healthcare system.Up to 3 years of clinical experience or internship in orthodontics preferred.Familiarity with government healthcare protocols and patient management systems is an advantage.Strong clinical skills in orthodontic diagnosis, treatment planning, and appliance management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare staff.Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.Commitment to ethical practices and delivering patient-centered care.Motivation for continuous professional growth and learning.Working Arrangements & BenefitsWorking Time is Full Time.Benefits include a good monthly salary, incentives, and standard family benefits such as accommodation, air ticket, medical insurance, and education allowance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
