OverviewSearchPlus HR is excited to offer a position for a Junior Consultant Endodontist to join a Leading Healthcare Group. This role provides a valuable opportunity for early-career endodontists to develop their clinical expertise while contributing to the provision of exceptional dental care within a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment. As a Junior Consultant Endodontist, you will be responsible for assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of dental pulp and root canal-related conditions. You will work closely with senior consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective, patient-focused endodontic care using advanced techniques and technologies.ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed clinical assessments and assist in diagnosing endodontic conditions.Carry out root canal treatments, endodontic retreatments, and support endodontic surgical procedures under supervision.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with senior dental professionals.Use advanced diagnostic tools and imaging technology to aid in treatment planning and execution.Provide patient education regarding treatment options, procedures, and post-treatment care.Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest advancements in endodontics.QualificationsDoctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with specialization or training in Endodontics.Valid dental license to practice as an Endodontist.Up to 3 years of clinical experience or completion of an endodontic residency program preferred.Basic proficiency with endodontic instruments, techniques, and modern dental technologies.Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.Commitment to professional ethics and patient-centered care.Enthusiasm for continuous learning and clinical development.Working ArrangementsWorking Time is Full Time.BenefitsGood monthly salary + incentives + standard family benefits such as accommodation, air ticket, medical insurance, and education allowance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
