Sunreef Yachts Charter, the world leader in luxury catamaran charters, is expanding its global presence and looking for a dynamic, results-driven Junior Charter Broker Assistant to join our Dubai Office team.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Junior Charter Broker Assistant to support our charter brokerage team in the day-to-day handling of yacht charter enquiries.This is an entry-level role designed for a motivated candidate with initial experience in a luxury or service-driven environment and a strong interest in the yachting industry.The position offers hands-on exposure to yacht charter operations, client relations, and broker support, with clear opportunities to grow within the team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport charter brokers with incoming charter enquiriesAssist in preparing charter proposals, yacht presentations, and itinerariesCommunicate with central agents, yacht managers, and charter managersHelp update availability, rates, and specifications on charter platforms (e.g., Yachtfolio, CharterPad)Coordinate pre-charter documentation and client informationMaintain accurate records and follow up on enquiriesProvide administrative and operational support to the charter teamProfile & Skills1–2 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, travel, yachting, or a premium service environmentStrong interest in yachts, charter operations, and luxury travelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFluent in English (additional languages are a plus)Well organized, proactive, and eager to learnProfessional attitude, attention to detail, and client-focused mindsetComfortable using standard office tools; willingness to learn charter systemsWhat We OfferEntry point into the yacht charter industryTraining and mentorship from experienced charter brokersExposure to international yachts, owners, and charter clientsCareer development opportunities within the charter departmentRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in the yacht charter or luxury hospitality industryStrong understanding of the international yacht charter market and charter regulations (especially MYBA)Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and client management skillsFluent in English; additional language is a plusConfident working with HNW and UHNW clientsProactive, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for yachting and travelBased in Dubai or willing to relocate#J-18808-Ljbffr
