Junior Application Engineer

ResponsibilitiesFollow up on Quotation.Preparation of Order Estimation sheet and getting it approved by Sales Manager/Sr.Manager.Preparation of Project file and handing over the file to Sales Coordinator.Get the specification from the contractors, based on the customer specification and the equipment schedule select fan models and quote based on price list & Cost Sheet.Prepare submittal based on the contract specification and submit to the contractor/ consultant for approval.Sending the order acknowledgement to customers.Heat load Calculations & Design in case of schedule not provided by the customer.QualificationsGraduation or Post Graduation in Mechanical EngineeringRelevant exp. as an Application Engineer or similar rolesUnderstanding of HVAC Systems, Heat Load Calculations, HVAC Design using AutoCAD or similar softwareExperience in Sales support - creating quotations and understanding of commercialsUnderstanding of creating Technical submittals based on project specificationsGood communications skills - written & verbalAbout UsFounded in 1971, the Al Shirawi Group has been serving people & industry for the last five decades.
