The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery teams, ensuring effective governance, and driving process efficiency using Jira and Confluence.**Key Responsibilities:*** Administer and maintain Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence environments.* Configure workflows, custom fields, permissions, issue types, screens, and dashboards.* Manage user access, groups, roles, and security schemes in line with organizational policies.* Integrate Jira with other tools (e.g., Bitbucket, GitHub, Slack, Jenkins, ServiceNow, Power BI).* Support Agile and DevOps teams in implementing Jira best practices for Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.* Develop and maintain automation rules to streamline recurring tasks.* Generate and maintain reports and dashboards for management and project tracking.* Perform data migration, backup, and upgrade activities when needed.* Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA, and IT security teams to ensure Jira supports enterprise processes.* Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with banking IT governance and audit requirements.* Provide end-user training and support across departments. **Required Skills and Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.* 6–8 years of experience in Jira Administration (Data Center or Cloud versions).* Proven experience in banking or financial services domain.* Strong knowledge of Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Service Management).* Experience with Jira automation, REST APIs, and scripting (Groovy / ScriptRunner / Power Scripts).* Familiarity with Agile and ITSM methodologies.* Experience with user provisioning and SSO integration (LDAP/AD, Okta, etc.).* Good understanding of governance, compliance, and change management in regulated environments.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and documentation abilities.**Position** – **Jira Administrator – Banking Domain**#J-18808-Ljbffr
