IT PROJECT MANAGER - UTILITIES

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong foundation in project management methodologies to lead and deliver technology initiatives within the utilities sector. The ideal candidate will be certified in globally recognized project management frameworks and demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced stakeholder-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of IT projects from inception to closure.Apply PMP, PRINCE2 and Agile/Scrum best practices to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders and vendors to align project goals with organizational strategy.Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.Prepare and present progress reports, proposals and documentation to senior management.Ensure compliance with organizational governance and industry standards.Required Qualifications & CertificationsStrong foundation in IT project management principles and practices.Mandatory CertificationsProject Management Professional (PMP)PRINCE2 Practitioner (or higher)Certified Scrum Master / Agile certificationMinimum of 5 years project management experience preferably in IT‑related projects.Preferred ExperienceProven track record in delivering projects within the utilities sector (water, electricity, energy or related industries).Experience working in large‑scale transformation or digitalisation programs.Strong command of both Arabic and English is preferential but not essential.Other RequirementsOnsite availability in Abu Dhabi is mandatory (no remote arrangements).Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.Ability to work in multicultural, multi‑stakeholder environments.Vertical: Technology#J-18808-Ljbffr
