IT Project Manager Involved in Financial ServicesInvestment Management IT Projects

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly capable IT Project Manager at the Associate level to join the Technology Department supporting a highperforming North Americafocused team within a prestigious and globally recognized financial services organization.This role requires strong project capabilities, technical expertise and a solid understanding of investment management operations. You will be responsible for the endtoend delivery of IT projects ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.The successful candidate will thrive in a fastpaced international environment and will demonstrate outstanding leadership communication and analytical skills.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & DeliveryManage the full project lifecycle in accordance with the organization s project management methodology (Agile Scrum Waterfall).Define project scope objectives timelines budgets and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders.Track progress manage dependencies resolve conflicts and ensure timely delivery.Stakeholder & Team EngagementEngage and collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.Lead crossfunctional project teams assigning responsibilities and facilitating coordination.Communicate clearly across all levels providing updates reports and strategic insights.Strategic ProjectManage a portfolio of technology projects with a focus on application development data analytics infrastructure enhancements and enterprise systems.Contribute to the of transformation initiatives that improve internal capabilities and operational performance.Identify risks elevate issues and implement mitigation strategies.Budget Procurement & CompliancePrepare and manage project budgets ensuring alignment with financial planning and approvals.Lead procurement processes including RFP/RFQ drafting vendor evaluation and contract management.Ensure compliance with procurement policies data security legal frameworks and audit standards.Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate and uptodate project documentation including plans meeting minutes status reports and lessons learned.Deliver executivelevel reporting and analytics to support decisionmaking.RequirementsEducationBachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or a related technical discipline mandatoryPMP certification (mandatory)PMIACP or equivalent Agile certification (mandatory)Experience10 years of IT project management experience ideally in financial services or investment management.Strong experience managing both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum projects.Demonstrated success in delivering complex crossfunctional initiatives within strict timelines and budgets.Prior exposure to application development enterprise systems and data projects is essential.Experience working with global teams and navigating time zone or regional coordination challenges.Technical Skills & KnowledgeDeep understanding of project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Confluence).Solid technical grounding in enterprise applications data platforms software lifecycle cloud computing and IT infrastructure.Knowledge of business continuity disaster recovery data protection regulations and cybersecurity frameworks.Familiarity with budgeting tools and financial tracking in a technology project environment.Soft SkillsExceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.Confident decisionmaker who leads with clarity and accountability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
