IT Manager

Job Title: IT ManagerOverviewThe IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth integration and performance of key business systems including POS, CRM, ERP and eCommerce platforms. You’ll also play a crucial role in leading a team of IT professionals, driving innovation, improving processes and maintaining high standards of security and system reliability across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team ManagementLead and support team members and ensure clear communication and alignment on IT priorities and objectives.Set goals, manage workload distribution and monitor progress to ensure the timely completion of IT tasks and projects.IT Systems & Infrastructure ManagementOversee the integration and optimization of systems like Shopify, CRM, ERP and POS to enhance operational efficiency.Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of POS systems across locations.Monitor network infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity and minimal downtime.Security & Data ManagementImplement and manage IT security protocols including firewalls and data protection measures to safeguard business-critical data.Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.Manage the integrity of digital assets and company data to minimize risks and protect sensitive information.Systems Support & OptimizationSupport and troubleshoot key systems (POS, CRM, ERP) to ensure they function optimally and integrate seamlessly with each other.Lead the maintenance and improvement of internal communications platforms and collaboration tools to enhance team efficiency.Education / QualificationBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role with at least 1 year of experience in leading a small team.Experience with POS systems, CRM, ERP, eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and network management.Strong understanding of IT security protocols, firewalls, data compliance and network infrastructure.Familiarity with managing IT systems for multi-location organizations is a plus.Skills & CompetenciesProven leadership abilities with experience guiding and mentoring a small team.Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, security and system integration.Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively.Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
