IT Manager

Role OverviewKorn Ferry is representing a confidential client in Abu Dhabi to recruit an experienced IT Manager who will lead all technology operations across the head office and multiple project sites. The role covers Microsoft 365 and Azure administration, cybersecurity infrastructure planning, ERP oversight (Oracle NetSuite / Oracle Fusion), IT budgeting and team leadership. The IT Manager will supervise a small internal IT team and scale the IT function as the organization grows.Key ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft 365 & Cloud AdministrationManage the full Microsoft 365 tenant (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).Oversee annual licensing renewals and optimize license usage.Implement identity governance, conditional access and RBAC frameworks.Act as the primary contact for all M365 and cloud-related issues.Manage and maintain Azure virtual machines.Cybersecurity & Endpoint ManagementDeploy and maintain Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Office 365).Administer Microsoft Intune for device compliance and configuration policies.Enforce MFA, conditional access and advanced security controls.Oversee patching, vulnerability remediation and ongoing security monitoring.Infrastructure & Site IT OperationsDesign and maintain networking infrastructure across office and site locations.Manage LAN/WAN architecture, Wi‑Fi, VPNs, firewalls and ISP services.Ensure secure connectivity for engineering and project teams.Enterprise Systems & ERP AdministrationManage Oracle NetSuite or Oracle Fusion ERP, including role provisioning and access security.Serve as the primary IT liaison for finance teams and Oracle implementation partners.Maintain system uptime, security and compliance.Review and manage annual support contracts and subscriptions.IT Budget, Assets & License ManagementOversee the annual IT budget and spending forecasts.Track and manage software licenses (Adobe, Autodesk, Oracle, etc.).Maintain asset inventories and lifecycle updates.Optimize renewals and vendor costs.Vendor & Contract ManagementManage relationships with IT vendors, ISPs and technology partners (Microsoft, Oracle).Negotiate contracts and monitor service delivery levels.Support onboarding of new systems and external providers.Ensure adherence to UAE regulatory and compliance requirements.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor and develop an internal IT team.Conduct performance reviews and support capability growth.Required Experience & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.101-4 years total IT experience.Minimum 6 years in a senior or managerial IT role.At least 5 years managing Microsoft 365 platforms.Strong background in construction MEP or engineering sectors.Proven experience administering Oracle NetSuite or Oracle Fusion ERP.BenefitsMedical insurance.Annual airfare allowance.Company mobile phone or stipend.Performance-based incentives (as per company policy).#J-18808-Ljbffr
