This senior role is crucial for ensuring seamless integration of services, optimizing IT performance, and driving operational excellence across complex, multi-vendor environments.Detailed Job DescriptionAs the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will oversee and optimize the full IT infrastructure landscape—including data centers, cloud systems, networks, end-user services, and IT operations. You will implement strong governance through SIAM and ITIL best practices, ensuring high service quality across internal teams and third-party service providers. The role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to orchestrate service delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced enterprise setting. You will also be responsible for driving improvements, ensuring compliance, managing incidents, and leading large-scale technical initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure operations across multiple technology domainsImplement and operate ITIL and SIAM frameworks to ensure service consistency and governanceManage multi-vendor ecosystems, ensuring SLA compliance and service performanceOversee service transition, change management, incident response, and problem managementDrive continuous improvement programs to enhance service quality and operational efficiencyPlan and oversee large infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiativesManage capacity planning, risk mitigation, disaster recovery, and business continuityEnsure infrastructure security, compliance, and audit readinessLead cross-functional teams and provide strategic guidance to senior leadershipOptimize operational processes through automation and best practicesRequired Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, and service managementExtensive hands-on and leadership experience with SIAM and ITIL frameworksRelevant certifications are mandatory (ITIL Expert/Master, SIAM Foundation/Professional)Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure: networks, servers, storage, cloud, virtualizationProven experience managing large-scale IT operations in multi-vendor environmentsStrong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilitiesExperience in incident, change, and problem management at enterprise scaleAbility to operate in fast-paced environments and manage multiple prioritiesNice-to-Have SkillsExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)Knowledge of DevOps and automation practicesExperience with cybersecurity, SOC/NOC operations, and compliance frameworksStrong background in IT budgeting, resource planning, and vendor negotiationsExperience managing global or regional IT teamsRecruitment Pro Tip: Highlight your SIAM and ITIL accomplishments—especially where you improved service delivery, optimized vendor performance, or transformed infrastructure operations—as these are the strongest indicators of success for this senior leadership role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
