IT Coordinator

Manage hotel IT systems including networks, servers and user hardwareInstall, configure and update software and operating systems on property devices.Provide technical support and troubleshooting to hotel team across departments and guests.Monitor systems for performance vulnerabilities and security risks like PCI DSS compliance.Implement IT policies, access controls and data protection measuresCoordinate IT asset procurement, maintenance schedules and inventory managementCollaborate with corporate teams and vendors for hotel-wide or brand-wide technology upgradesPlan and lead local IT projects such as system migrations, Wi‑Fi expansions and server upgradesMaintain documentation for system configuration, change logs and licensingEnsure timely resolution of helpdesk tickets and user requestsQualificationsProven experience as an IT Coordinator or in a similar roleA Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer ScienceMinimum 2 years experience in IT support roles within hospitalityStrong understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, networking protocols and cybersecurity basicsExperience with hotel PMS systems, POS platforms or Opera is a plusFamiliarity with LAN/WAN infrastructure and server hardwareStrong communication skills and ability to support non-technical usersSelf‑driven, organized and responsive under pressureFluency in English required; additional languages are a plusRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
