IT Application Specialist

We areseeking a highly skilled and versatile IT Applications Specialist tooversee and optimize key business applications including Microsoft Dynamics365 Business Central (ERP), HubSpot (CRM), Microsoft Power BI, SQL databases, and Advanced Excel Analytics. This role alsoincludes acting as the primary IT coordinator with our external AMCprovider and leading efforts in Cyber Security Awareness and User Training.Key ResponsibilitiesERP & CRM AdministrationDrivethe implementation of Microsoft Dynamics (MD) in partnership with theimplementation vendor, including configuration, data migration, and PowerBI re-establishment.Define and execute the legacysystem exit strategy, ensuring secure historical data extraction to thedata lake, continued reporting access, and system decommissioning.Manage, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to align with evolving business needs.Administer and optimize HubSpotCRM including workflows, integrations, data integrity, and reporting.Provide end-user support andtraining on ERP and CRM functionalities.Develop interactive dashboardsand custom reports using Microsoft Power BI.Write and optimize SQLqueries for data extraction and reporting.Maintain complex Excelmodels for financial, operational, and sales analysis using advancedfunctions, pivot tables, macros, and Power Query.IT CoordinationAct as the key contact with the External IT AMC Provider, coordinating infrastructure support,issue escalation, and system maintenance.Monitor IT system performanceand assist in implementing solutions to ensure maximum uptime andefficiency.Cybersecurity & User EnablementAssist in implementing basic CyberSecurity Practices and protocols.Conduct regular User Training sessions on all key applications and IT security best practices.Help enforce compliance with company-wide dataprotection and access control policies.RequirementsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong experience above 5 yearsin Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and HubSpot CRM administration in all sections of the applications.At least 5 years of successful practicalimplementation experience of Business Central or NAV in logistics; Service and financemodules.Proficiency in Microsoft SQLServer and writing advanced SQL queries.Ability to make recommendations for, andpotentially implement, other modules and 3 rd party add-ons.Expertise in Power BI development and Advanced Excel (including macros, Power Query, anddata modeling).Working knowledge of ITsystems, coordination with service providers, and cyber securityfundamentals.Excellent communication,documentation, and user training skills.Ability to troubleshootapplication issues and implement process improvements timely manner.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree inInformation Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.Relevant certifications in MicrosoftDynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, HubSpot, and SQL.Experience with PowerAutomate, SharePoint, or cloud services.#J-18808-Ljbffr
