IT Administrator

<p>A leading company in the financial technology (<b>Fin-tech)</b>sector is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a secure and efficient IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and cloud-based systems. This role is essential to supporting the company's workforce and ensuring seamless remote operations.<br></p><ul><li><b>IT Champion:</b>Establish and maintain a secure and efficient IT infrastructure to support our workforce.<br></li><li><b>Microsoft 365 Expertise:</b>Securely configure and manage user accounts, email (Exchange Online), file storage (OneDrive&SharePoint Online), and other relevant O365 services.<br></li><li><b>New System Implementation:</b>Research, evaluate, and implement new cloud-based IT systems to support TXP's growth and business needs, ensuring seamless access and functionality.<br></li><li><b>Security&Compliance:</b>Implement robust security protocols to safeguard company data, user accounts, and adhere to relevant financial regulations.<br></li><li><b>Backup&Disaster Recovery:</b>Establish and maintain reliable cloud-based backup procedures for all data, ensuring swift recovery in case of any disruptions.<br></li><li><b>User Support:</b>Provide remote technical support to employees for all their IT needs, troubleshooting issues related to MS 365 and any new systems implemented.<br></li><li><b>Monitoring&Optimization:</b>Continuously monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency for remote operations.<br></li><li><b>Stay Informed:</b>Proactively stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends, security threats, and best practices in the financial technology industry, with a focus on remote work solutions.<br></li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar IT role, preferably in a financial services environment.<br></li><li>Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and experience managing Microsoft O365 in remote environments.<br></li><li>Proven ability to research, evaluate, and implement cloud-based IT systems.<br></li><li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to provide remote support effectively.<br></li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.<br></li><li>A proactive and detail-oriented approach to IT security and system maintenance.<br></li><li>Proficient in English to read and communicate effectively to understand and meet our needs.<br></li><li>Competitive salary within the fin-tech industry.<br></li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative industry.<br></li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
