Investment Manager (Family Office / Wealth Advisory - Public Markets)

OverviewA fast-growing international investment advisory and wealth management firm is seeking a proactive Investment Manager / Investment Trader to support its global investment activities. This non-client-facing role is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and independent, with strong knowledge of public markets and a generalist investment background. You’ll work closely with the CEO on portfolio monitoring, market analysis, and investment strategy across global public markets, with a focus on European and US securities.ResponsibilitiesMonitor multi-asset portfolios with a focus on public markets (equities, fixed income, etc.)Track macroeconomic and market trends to support tactical investment decisionsConduct financial analysis and contribute to asset allocation and investment positioningPrepare internal reports, performance updates, and market commentariesSupport due diligence on new investment opportunities, including private equity and alternatives (optional)Collaborate directly with senior leadership on investment strategy and executionTake initiative in identifying market inefficiencies and proposing actionable investment ideasRequirementsDegree in Finance, Economics, or a related fieldRelevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are advantageousMinimum 4 years of relevant experience in investment management, wealth advisory, or a family office environmentStrong understanding of financial markets across geographies and sectorsSolid background in portfolio construction, financial analysis, and investment due diligenceGeneralist mindset with the ability to evaluate a wide range of asset classesComfortable in an entrepreneurial/startup environment - flexible, proactive, and adaptableProfessional fluency in English; additional languages are a plusMust be based in Dubai or open to relocation (visas can be sponsored)BenefitsPlease ignore the salary level mentioned on the job board - the client is flexible depending on the value the successful candidate brings to the business.The client pays a base salary plus a strong variable and medical (no additional payments for schooling, housing, or transport will be provided)This role is office based in Dubai (5 days a week)#J-18808-Ljbffr
