Investment Advisor - Priority Banking

Job ResponsibilityThe incumbent will be responsible for:Work closely with a group of Relationship Managers to Manage and promote investment and Takaful product s (primary function)Manage alongside the Relationship Managers, client profiling, sales process for investment, and Takaful productsTraining of Relationship Managers on selling and portfolio management for investments and TakafulLiaise with internal stake holders, product providers and various other parties to ensure smooth processing of sales and prompt reply to client enquiriesProvide support during initiatives aimed to cross-sell initiatives to increase investment, and Takaful product penetrations with in Priority Banking1. Investment Products revenue growth and penetration increaseDrive initiatives to increase investment revenues and penetration in priority banking customersManage and meet customers and develop investment proposals for large customers through profiling and model portfolios2. Takaful Products revenue growth and penetration increaseDrive initiatives to increase Takaful revenues and penetration in priority banking customersManage and meet customers and develop Takaful proposals for large customers through profiling and model portfolios3. Training of RMs and on-job coachingTrain all the RMs on investment and Takaful productsOn the job coaching of RMs for investments and Takaful products4. Compliance and Prevention of Miss-sellingEnsure compliance to mentioned polices during investment and Takaful sales process and ensure minimal miss-sellingTraining of RMs on compliance and risksEnsure monitoring when required5. Efficient team oversight and developmentOversee team activity, Drive revenue, ensure highest quality standards are maintainedAllocate sub-targets and assist segment to achieve their budgetsEnsure continuous professional (hard and soft skill) development of team members6.
