OverviewInternational Lawyer for Multinational Corporation in El-Fujairah, UAE. Our firm is seeking an experienced and highly skilled International Lawyer to join our team in El-Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. The International Lawyer will provide legal advice and support to multinational corporation clients on a variety of international business matters.ResponsibilitiesConduct legal research and provide expert advice on international laws and regulations relevant to clients' businesses.Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for cross-border transactions.Represent clients in international disputes and negotiations.Provide guidance on compliance with foreign laws and regulations.Keep up to date with changes in international legal frameworks that may impact clients\' operations.RequirementsBachelor\'s degree in Law or equivalent from a recognized university.Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as an International Lawyer, preferably within a multinational corporation or law firm.Excellent knowledge of international laws, treaties, and regulations.Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing).Biometric passport or eligibility to obtain one.PreferencesPreference will be given to candidates with experience working in the UAE and who are fluent in English; accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.#J-18808-Ljbffr
