This role blends hands‑on investigations—like surprise cash counts, safety checks, and waste reviews—with analytical work, such as designing dashboards and reporting on compliance risks, all while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to strengthen policies. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of internal audit experience, a keen eye for anomalies, and proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI, paired with strong communication and problem‑solving skills. You’ll gain exposure to high‑visibility projects, rotate across parks for varied challenges, and contribute directly to safeguarding business operations while growing your expertise in compliance monitoring.ResponsibilitiesConducting surprise cash counts, float checks and vault counts at Miral‑owned and/or operated theme parksConducting periodic stock count in Miral owned/managed retail outlets and warehouse locationsConducting periodic stock check and review of wastage in F&B areaReview F&B and Retail Refunds, Voids and WastageAssisting the Internal Compliance Manager in conducting investigations related to compliance mattersCarry out random checks to verify that ride operators are following established safety proceduresMonitor routine rides maintenance schedules to ascertain rides maintenance is carried outWork with the Internal Compliance Manager and other members of the Internal Compliance team to design and develop compliance monitoring dashboards based on key risk parameters and metricsReview and monitor various compliance dashboards and report on exceptionsAssist the Internal Compliance Manager in developing timely and accurate reportsAssist with administrative matters of the departmentTravel to and between parks/attractionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in any fieldBachelours Degree in any fieldCompleted or in the final stages of an internal audit qualification (CIA)3 years in an Internal Audit role#J-18808-Ljbffr
