The successful candidate will ensure accurate execution of design intent, quality control, and compliance across all project stages.Key ResponsibilitiesThe key duties and responsibilities of the Interior Detail Specialist & Site Coordinator include, but are not limited to:Prepare detailed Interior Technical Drawings and construction packagesDevelop comprehensive joinery, millwork, and custom furniture detailsPrepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for interior worksCoordinate closely with site teams, consultants, and contractorsConduct regular site visits and progress inspectionsManage project packages, submissions, and approvalsReview and verify ID deliverables and submissions before issuingMonitor site implementation and resolve technical issuesPrepare as-built drawings and handover documentationEnsure compliance with project stages, timelines, and quality standardsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture4–10 years of relevant experienceStrong technical, detailing, and BOQ preparation skillsProven experience in joinery, millwork, and site coordinationSolid understanding of construction methods and site practicesAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesProficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office#J-18808-Ljbffr
