This is a key leadership role, partnering closely with Managing Directors to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic finance partner to regional Managing DirectorsProvide strong commercial insight to support growth and profitabilityLead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesEnsure robust financial controls and compliance across the divisionDeliver clear and actionable financial reporting to stakeholdersSupport value creation initiatives in a private equity environment Requirements Proven experience as a Finance Director or CFO, ideally in a PE-backed environmentStrong technical accounting expertise combined with commercial acumenDemonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior operational leadersExperience managing finance teams and driving performanceHands-on, adaptable, and able to operate effectively in an interim capacity
