Join a Global Leader in Workforce Solutions – Net2Source Inc.Job Title: Insurance Key Account ManagerType: Contract (1 year extendable)Industry focus: InsuranceExperience: 2 to 6 YearsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related fieldJob PurposeTo oversee and manage the company’s corporate insurance programs, ensuring that all assets, vehicles, employees, and construction projects are adequately protected through appropriate insurance coverage while maintaining cost-effective insurance solutions and efficient claims management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the organization’s full insurance portfolio including property, motor fleet, health, and construction-related insurance policies.Ensure all company assets including buildings, MEP systems, IT assets, and furniture are properly insured under the Property All Risk insurance program.Assist in overseeing insurance coverage for the company’s vehicle fleet and coordinate accident claims and insurance recoveries.Assist HR to manage employee health insurance programs, including renewals and benefit administration.Ensure appropriate Contractors All Risk and Professional Indemnity insurance coverage is maintained for construction and infrastructure projects.Lead the insurance claims process, ensuring prompt reporting, documentation, and claim settlement.Provide recommendations to management on insurance risk exposure and coverage improvements.Act as the primary liaison between insurance providers, brokers, internal departments, contractors, and consultants.Years of Experience2–6 years of experience in corporate insurance management.Experience managing asset portfolios and multi-line insurance programs.About Net2Source Inc.Net2Source offers global staffing solutions and enterprise-scale recruitment support.Recognized by INC 5000 & SIAWe support inclusive hiring practices in accordance with UAE labor law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
