Inspector - Architectural

JASARA PMC is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Inspector - Architectural to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of construction projects to ensure compliance with architectural standards, building codes, and specifications. You will collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate the successful execution of architectural projects across the Kingdom.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform rigorous on-site inspections to verify that construction work aligns with architectural designs and specificationsAssess the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standardsIdentify and document any discrepancies or construction defects, communicating findings to the relevant team membersPrepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of inspection activitiesProvide support and technical guidance to project teams regarding architectural complianceEngage with contractors and subcontractors to resolve construction-related issues in a timely mannerParticipate in project meetings to discuss progress, compliance, and any potential challengesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 7-10 years of experience in architectural inspection or construction supervisionStrong understanding of architectural standards, construction methods, and building codesAbility to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications effectivelyProficiency in inspection tools and related softwareExcellent attention to detail and strong analytical skillsEffective communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborative teamworkAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesCertification in construction inspection or related field is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
