Industrial Engineer vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAEEntry Level Industrial EngineerAs an Entry Level Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, design, and implementation of efficient processes within our manufacturing facility. Your main objective will be to improve productivity and reduce waste while maintaining quality standards. This position is ideal for Indian nationals looking for job opportunities in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct time and motion studies to analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement- Develop and implement methods to increase efficiency in production, such as line balancing and automation- Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor their effectiveness- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and train staff on new processes- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards- Identify cost-saving opportunities through process improvements- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into our processesRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams- Attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment- Indian nationality preferred but not requiredSalary:Salary for this position is 1000$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.Visa Sponsorship:We are open to sponsoring the visa application process for qualified candidates.Freshers are also welcome to apply.
