As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and increasing efficiency. Your main goal will be to improve overall operations by implementing new strategies and processes. This role is urgent and requires candidates with prior experience in the field.Responsibilities:- Analyze production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency.- Develop and implement new strategies to optimize operations.- Conduct time studies and establish standard work procedures.- Identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving measures.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.- Monitor production performance and provide recommendations for improvement.- Utilize industrial engineering techniques such as lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kanban to streamline processes.- Train staff on new processes, procedures, and equipment.- Utilize data analysis tools to track production performance metrics.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment.- Proficient in using industrial engineering techniques such as Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, and Kanban.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, or Tableau is preferred.- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Salary:We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.Location:This position is based in Abu Dhabi. Candidates from Pakistan or Egypt are preferred but not required.Other Details:This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. English proficiency is not required for this role.
