In-Room Dining Order Taker - Luxury Resort

Apt Resources is seeking a meticulous and customer-focused In-Room Dining Order Taker to join the team at a prestigious luxury resort in the Red this role you will be responsible for taking and managing guest orders with accuracy and efficiency providing an exceptional service experience to ensure guest satisfaction. You will interact closely with guests and kitchen staff ensuring that all requests are fulfilled and creating memorable dining experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly and provide them with menus explaining specials and recommending items.Take accurate food and beverage orders using the resorts order management system.Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.Respond to guest inquiries and preferences regarding menu items while providing knowledgeable suggestions.Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience by checking on guests periodically.Handle any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and urgency.Prepare and deliver final bills to guests in accordance with resort standards.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the order-taking area at all times.RequirementsPrevious experience as an In-Room Dining Order Taker in a high-end restaurant or luxury resort.Exceptional customer service and communication skills.Strong understanding of food and beverage menus including dietary preferences.Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and keep accurate order records.Basic knowledge of using restaurant management systems.Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays.Bachelors degree in Hospitality Restaurant Management or a related field; additional training or certifications are a plus.BenefitsAs per market standards#J-18808-Ljbffr
