This role is critical for ensuring service continuity, performance, and configuration accuracy across complex IN environments.Detailed Job DescriptionAs an IN Engineer, you will handle troubleshooting, configuration, and performance analysis for Ericsson Charging and IN systems. You will work on escalations, implement software and hardware changes, and maintain platform health. This position offers exposure to advanced virtualization technologies and mission‑critical telecom systems, making it ideal for professionals seeking challenging and rewarding projects in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities✓ Provide 2nd-level restoration and handle escalations from surveillance teams.✓ Manage trouble tickets and change requests efficiently.✓ Implement software, hardware, and configuration changes to maintain system health.✓ Create and analyze performance reports, investigate disturbances, and recommend improvements.✓ Support maintenance routines, technical meetings, and operational procedures.Required Qualifications & Skills✓ Hands‑on experience with Ericsson Charging/IN platforms: SDP, AIR, CCN, OCC, IVR, NgCRS.✓ Expertise in tariff/service class configuration and IN business configuration.✓ Strong Linux administration skills, Oracle DB management, and Unix shell scripting.✓ Basic IP networking knowledge and programming exposure.✓ Experience with virtualization technologies: VMware (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, HA).✓ Familiarity with HP C7000, 3PAR, and SAN storage solutions.Nice-to-Have Skills✓ Advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization experience.✓ Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and automation scripting.✓ Certifications in Ericsson Charging or IN systems.✓ Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.✓ Strong analytical and reporting skills for KPI monitoring.Recruitment Pro TipHighlight your hands‑on experience with Ericsson IN and Charging platforms, along with virtualization and Linux expertise.
