Job Description

Exciting opportunity for an intensive care unit (ICU) consultant at a top-tier hospital in Saudi Arabia, your responsibilities would include overseeing the care of critically ill patients and providing leadership within the ICU team. You would be integral in coordinating patient management, directing critical care interventions, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care. Your expertise and dedication to advancing critical care medicine would further the hospital's reputation as a center of excellence in intensive care.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvides high-quality intensive care to patients in this area of medicine.Provide consultative service as requested.Supervise fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents.Actively participates in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in his area of expertise and Participates in research activities.Participates in committees and other administrative functions as needed.Performs special procedures as privileged.Follows all hospital-related policies and procedures.Performs other related duties as assigned.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducationGraduate from a medical school of good standing.Completion of required period of training in specialty and/or SubspecialtySaudi Arab or American /European Board Certification or equivalent.Membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent and fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as requiredA certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.Dataflow is a must.Professional ExperienceMin. 3-4 years Post Board/Fellowship in specialty.A registered member of the Saudi Board CouncilProficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.ReferencesPositive professional references attesting to the candidate's skills and ethical conduct.#J-18808-Ljbffr
