The role will work closely with onsite teams to ensure platform stability and SLA adherence.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide<b>remote administration and support</b>for IBM IIB / ACE environments</li><li>Perform broker deployments, configuration changes, and patching</li><li>Monitor system performance and proactively address issues</li><li>Troubleshoot incidents and support<b>root cause analysis</b></li><li>Coordinate with onsite teams during releases and production incidents</li><li>Support<b>HA/DR testing and failover activities</b></li><li>Maintain operational documentation and SOPs</li><li>Ensure adherence to<b>SLAs and support processes</b></li></ul><h3>Mandatory Skills</h3><ul><li>6–10 years of experience as an<b>IBM Broker / IIB / ACE Administrator</b></li><li>Strong hands‑on experience with<b>IBM Integration Bus (IIB)</b>and/or<b>IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE)</b></li><li>Experience supporting<b>enterprise middleware platforms</b></li><li>Knowledge of<b>Linux / Unix environments</b></li><li>Working knowledge of<b>IBM MQ</b></li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills</h3><ul><li>Exposure to<b>Kong API Gateway</b>or other API gateways</li><li>Banking / financial services project experience</li><li>Familiarity with<b>ITIL-based support models</b></li></ul><h3>Contract Details</h3><ul><li><b>Engagement:</b>Offshore Contract</li><li><b>Duration:</b>Long‑term / Extendable</li><li><b>Work Mode:</b>Remote</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
