M/S Quader Associates (Rl-1379) – HVAC TechnicianJob Description / ResponsibilityCarry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule.Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.Repair compressors, motors, pumps, expansion valves, and control systems.Monitor system performance and ensure efficient cooling operation.Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, and pressure testing.Prepare service reports, fault reports, and maintenance checklists.Coordinate with clients and provide technical support at site.Ensure proper use of tools, spare parts, and safety equipment (PPE).Maintain service history, spare parts consumption, and follow company SOP & safety standards.Educational RequirementsDiploma in EngineeringDiploma in EngineeringExperience Requirements3 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manpower Recruitment, HVAC SystemAdditional Requirements3-5 years practical experience in HVAC service and maintenance.Basic knowledge of Split AC, VRF, Chiller, AHU installation and servicing.Ability to use service tools, gauges, vacuum pump, and basic electrical tools.Physically fit and willing to work at site, overtime, and emergency service support.#J-18808-Ljbffr
